Meet the Founder

Noelle Perez is the founder of Collective Constructs, a consultancy and incubator built to help brands scale smarter, faster, and more sustainably.

With a background in architecture, design, and construction strategy, she has spent 15+ years guiding brands through national rollouts and complex multi-market growth. Her expertise spans real estate development strategy, design management, and construction oversight — always focused on aligning vision with execution and building systems that support long-term value.

Her career includes leadership roles at Applegreen Electric, Peachy MedSpa, Tia Women’s Health, and Aurify Brands. From directing $35M+ in annualized capital programs to installing 60+ EV charging stations across New York and New Jersey, from reducing construction costs by 30% while launching a new retail category to scaling women’s health clinics nationwide, Noelle has consistently turned bold growth goals into tangible results.

What sets her approach apart is the ability to integrate spaces and systems. Alongside physical expansion, Noelle designs custom web applications that streamline workflows, simplify vendor coordination, and provide operational clarity at scale. This dual expertise allows her to see growth holistically and deliver solutions that are both strategic and practical.

These experiences shaped the foundation of Collective Constructs, where Noelle now partners with brands across industries to accelerate expansion and strengthen infrastructure.
