Collective Constructs was founded by Noelle Perez after years of working alongside organizations navigating the realities of growth—and seeing the same challenge emerge again and again.

Companies grow. Their locations multiply. Teams expand. Capital requirements increase. Decisions become more complex. Yet the systems, processes, tools, and organizational structures that supported the business at one stage often remain unchanged.

What worked at 5 locations may not work at 25. What worked at 25 may not support 100.

Growth doesn't always require doing more. Sometimes it requires constructing differently.

With 15+ years of experience across growth strategy, real estate, development, construction, capital planning, and operations, Noelle has worked inside the complexity that comes with scaling multi-site organizations. She has built teams, led development programs, managed significant capital investment, and created the systems and processes needed to move ambitious growth plans from strategy into execution.

That experience shaped the philosophy behind Collective Constructs:
