With over 15 years of experience guiding high-growth brands, Noelle Perez is a senior executive specializing in real estate development, design management, and construction oversight. She partners with C-suite leaders and private equity firms to drive scalable expansion, manage complex multi-market rollouts, and deliver significant capital efficiencies.

Noelle has led national deployments, streamlined operational frameworks, and managed large-scale capital budgets. Most recently, as Vice President of Deployment at Applegreen Electric, she installed 60+ EV charging stations across NY and NJ, overseeing a $35M+ budget and securing over $12M in funding and incentives.

Previously, she spearheaded the launch of Peachy MedSpa’s retail footprint—standardizing design, streamlining maintenance systems, and reducing construction costs by over 15%. As Senior Director of Development at Tia Women’s Health, Noelle led the rapid expansion of 8 new clinics nationwide, aligning capital planning with aggressive pro forma targets while maintaining brand consistency across markets.

Earlier, at Aurify Brands, she managed a $25M+ annual budget while executing development strategies for concepts including Five Guys and The Little Beet—helping brands scale efficiently through systems, standards, and strategic oversight.
